Plagiarism
Plagiarism is an illegal form of copying, cheating other people's ideas, words, thoughts, works and representing it without clearly acknowledging the source of that information. It can be also defined as taking another person's work (without asking) and calling it your own. Plagiarism can be accidental or intentional. Copying an entire essay or story and calling it your own is plagiarism. Copying one sentence word-for-word without "quotations" is also plagiarism. Whether it is hand to a teacher or post it in your blog, plagiarism is against the law in most regions. It is other's opinion, idea or theory.
There are different ways of plagiarism. People can copy or cheat from anyone and from anywhere in these days. No one can prove if it is copied or original because of the vast technology. Such as, copying and pasting from the internet and posting somewhere else without proper citation, putting your name on another person's essay or project, using another person's photo, diagram or ideas without proper citation, presenting research in your own words without providing proper references and so on. Plagiarism makes people lazy. People do not want to create any thing new by using their own idea. It can also define as robbing another's hard work.
Nowadays, plagiarism is followed by many people to save their time but they are unknown about loosing their self creativity. Plagiarism should be stop or avoid. Avoiding plagiarism can bring new creativity. Plagiarism can also avoid ,"If you are familiar in the area that you are talking about." By understanding the subject, you are more likely to written in your own words, rather than restate someone else's definition of this subject. Look for information on the topic you want to write about. This can be on the internet or in books, although books are almost always more authoritative than the internet. Grab different sources of information.
Similarly, another way to avoid plagiarism is ,"restate the subject to yourself a couple of time." The key is to understand the material and able to express its meaning in your own words. Always try to avoid reading from another author's material too much, as you will be more inclined to restate that author's statement. You should include a bibliography or works cited in your paper to reference your quotes and sources. Other ways to stop plagiarism are give credit to original, when you are in doubt, understand some basics about copyright and understand what doesn't need to be cited.
In the conclusion, copying and pasting other's idea should be banned. It means the disrespect to the people who do very hard work to create any thing new. We must use our own words or own idea. We should not use this type of things in our daily life. It makes our mind dull. We should always use and follow the steps to avoid plagiarism to make our life much better with our own idea.
