      Dear Ms. Sparks,
My name is Sujan Lamichhane and I am the founder and CEO of the of World Connect Language Services. My business was started in Memphis, Tennessee and was booked to capacity within two months of its inaugurate, due to the tremendous need for translators and interpreters. It has shown in a research that at least 10 other cities in the Southeast U.S. would support a business like mine, but at this time, our company lacks or cannot afford the capital to do such expansion.
Recently, I attended the Entrepreneur's Lunch Forum where you spoke that you are looking for a non-technology based business to invest. I think World Connect Language Services would be the ideal opportunity for you and would be a perfect fit to expand our business. It would help to allow for the expansion of our business to the other cities of the Southeast as our future plan. You will have the share of our rapidly growing business.
I am totally committed to this business and to its expansion. I am sure that your money would be safe in this business and you will never regret of this. It would be a profitable business for you. World Connect Language Services is already growing and expanding because of my effective plan, hard work and my commitment, but it has limited capital. According to our business plan, it would take approximately $350,000.00 to begin the planned expansion. Currently, the company is valued at $100,000.00.
I will be very thankful to you, if I get a chance to meet with you within the next month, to discuss about my running business and to answer any questions you might have about the business or investment and to present a written business and financial plan of the company. It would be my pleasure to have you as a part of this business. I feel very proud to work with you. Thank you in advance for your careful thought of this business plan. I am waiting for your response and hope positive response from you.
Sincerely,

XYZ....
